Terms of Service

LiveReplays is operated by Adversario SpA, RUT 78.315.718-7, domiciled at Antonio Bellet 193, Of. 1210, Chile ("LiveReplays", "Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services at livereplays.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

LiveReplays is a cloud-based platform that allows users to automatically record, archive, and replay live streams from supported platforms, including but not limited to TikTok. The Service provides tools for monitoring live stream activity, recording live broadcasts, and accessing recorded content for personal use. The availability and functionality of the Service depends on third-party platforms and may be affected by changes to those platforms' APIs, terms of service, or availability.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register with a valid email address (passwordless login via a magic link or one-time code) or with a supported social login such as Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans, Payments, Refunds and Cancellation

LiveReplays offers both free and premium subscription plans. Features, limitations, and pricing for each plan are described on our website. We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and availability at any time. Premium subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency and processed through Bitcart, our self-hosted payment system.

Payments

Every purchase is a one-time cryptocurrency invoice (Bitcoin, or USDT on the TRON network); nothing renews automatically and we hold no payment credential that could charge you again. Each invoice quotes a crypto amount converted from its price in US dollars, and that quote is valid only until the invoice expires after a short window shown at checkout — once it expires, you simply start a new checkout at the current rate. You must send the exact amount shown, on the exact network shown; funds sent on a different network or to a different address are lost on that chain and cannot be recovered by us. A payment below the invoiced amount activates nothing and is neither credited nor returned, and a payment above the invoiced amount is credited only as the period the invoice was issued for, with the excess neither refunded nor carried over. Custom amounts between US$9.99 and US$159.98 buy a number of days that is displayed to you before you pay.

No Refunds

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, and all payments to LiveReplays are final: once your payment is confirmed on-chain we do not issue refunds, in whole or in part, and we do not prorate unused time. The only exception is a material failure on our side to deliver the Service you paid for; in that case the remedy is an extension of your paid period, of a length we determine reasonably, and never a monetary refund. If you believe this applies to you, write to support@livereplays.cc with your invoice details.

Cancellation and Renewal

Because invoices are one-time, cancelling only records your decision not to buy again: your paid access continues until your paid-through date, no partial refund is issued, and you may reactivate at no cost at any point before that date. If you pay again while your plan is still active — or cancelled but not yet expired — the new days are added on top of the time you have left; if your plan has already expired, the new period starts on the day the payment is credited.

5. User Responsibilities and Copyright Compliance

This is important — please read carefully.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including copyright laws, and the terms of service of any third-party platforms (including TikTok's Terms of Service). By using LiveReplays, you agree that:

  • You will only record live streams for which you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from the content creator or copyright owner.
  • You will not use the Service to create unauthorized copies of copyrighted content or to infringe upon the rights of third-party content creators.
  • You will not redistribute, sell, license, or publicly display any recorded content without proper authorization from the rights holder.
  • You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized recording or use of live stream content.
  • You will indemnify and hold LiveReplays harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses related to your use of the Service, including claims of copyright infringement.

LiveReplays does not encourage or condone the unauthorized recording or redistribution of copyrighted content. We provide a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.

6. Content Creator Opt-Out

LiveReplays respects content creators' rights. Any content creator may opt out of being recorded through our Service at any time by visiting our Opt-Out page. Each request is reviewed by our team, targeting a review within 48 hours. Upon confirming a valid opt-out request:

  • We disable access to existing recordings of the creator, which are then permanently deleted after a 30-day retention window.
  • The creator's account will be blocked from future recording by any user of the Service.

Opt-out requests are handled through the same review pipeline as DMCA notices.

7. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

LiveReplays respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@livereplays.cc. Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material on our Service that you believe is infringing.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harass, stalk, or harm any person.
  • Record content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent, except as permitted by your subscription plan.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service.

9. Explicit and Special Content

LiveReplays does not promote, facilitate, or intentionally seek out explicit, adult, or badged content. The Service is a neutral recording tool that captures live streams as broadcast by their original creators on third-party platforms.

  • Content classifications (including badged labels) originate from the source platform (e.g., TikTok) and are reflected by our system for informational purposes only.
  • LiveReplays does not curate, moderate, or pre-screen live streams before or during recording. We have no prior knowledge of the content of any individual stream.
  • If you encounter content that you believe violates applicable laws or these Terms, please use our Report feature or submit a DMCA takedown notice as described in Section 7.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account associated with content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards, upon becoming aware of such violations through user reports or other means.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that live streams may contain content of varying natures as determined by their original creators, and that LiveReplays bears no responsibility for the content decisions of third-party broadcasters.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by LiveReplays and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Recorded content belongs to the original content creators. LiveReplays does not claim ownership over any user-recorded content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Recordings will be complete, accurate, or of any particular quality.
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.

We do not guarantee any specific level of service availability or uptime. The Service may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party platform changes, server failures, or network issues. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such downtime or service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEREPLAYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveReplays, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright.
  • Any content you record, download, or distribute using the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
  • Any recordings stored on our servers may be deleted.
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@livereplays.cc.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santiago, Chile, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
