DMCA Policy

Last Updated: April 23, 2026

LiveReplays respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to report copyright infringement and how we handle such reports.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content available through LiveReplays infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

How to Submit a Notice

Send your notice to: dmca@livereplays.cc with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".

Required Information

Your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g., a link to your original live stream or content).
  2. Identification of the material on LiveReplays that you believe is infringing (e.g., a link to the recording, username, or any identifying information).
  3. Your contact information, including full legal name, email address, and phone number (optional but recommended).
  4. A good faith statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. An accuracy statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  6. Your signature (physical or electronic).

What Happens After You Submit a Notice

  • We will review your notice within 48 hours.
  • If valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.
  • We will notify the user who uploaded or requested the recording.
  • We will document the notice for our records.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@livereplays.cc containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and phone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Santiago, Chile.
  5. Your signature (physical or electronic).

Repeat Infringers

LiveReplays will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We track DMCA notices associated with user accounts and may suspend or permanently ban accounts with multiple valid complaints.

Content Creator Opt-Out

If you are a content creator and want to prevent your live streams from being recorded through LiveReplays, you do not need to file a DMCA notice. Simply visit our Opt-Out page. When you opt out:

  • All existing recordings of your content will be permanently deleted.
  • Your account will be blocked from future recording by any LiveReplays user.
  • The opt-out takes effect within 48 hours.

This is a simpler and faster alternative to the DMCA process.

Good Faith

LiveReplays provides recording tools for legitimate personal use. We do not encourage or condone copyright infringement. We take all valid DMCA notices seriously and act promptly to address them.
